Life on a plantation and the work it demands can be helpful for children and adults when done safely. Learning and Work responsibility is good for teens and children in whole walks of community. Agriculture, particularly, presents many chances for youth to improve work skills and advantage from plantation life. Women should permanently be thinking concerning the function they perform in each of these regions and devising a view and design for what they desire and demand in each.

Agriculture can become an essential engine of growth and poorness decrease. Women, who are oftentimes a pivotal resource in the rural economy and agriculture, face restrictions that decrease their productivity. In Sierra Leone, there is a teen mum, whom we want to raise funds to help her achieve her goals in farming.

The pandemic named COVID-19 illness has a great effect on the activities and actions of humanity, farming is not outside this effect. Food need and thence food security are greatly influenced due to decreased purchasing power, mobility limitations, and with a greater effect on the most exposed population groups.

The covid-19 has effect on damages of farmers goods, particularly fresh fruit, vegetables, and milk manufactures. These losses were linked with limitations imposed by countries for interactions and movement, demand reduction as well as labor losses due to closing of hotels, restaurants etc. (Cortignani et al., 2020).

Negative effect on ecosystems, soils, losses of fauna and flora are expected as prime hazard to environment because of covid-19 pandemic (Huynh et al., 2020).

Studies underlined that through covid-19 pandemic the restricted capacities of supermarkets to quickly restock following unprecedented demand elevate because of the panic buying. There were also a large losses of new food like fruits, vegetables, and dairy manufactures due to inability by agricultural entities or farmers to load them from production locations to domestic markets or logistic issues related to delivery of agricultural manufactures to supermarkets in domestic cities (Aldaco et al., 2020).

The food supply chain is actually a network that links an agricultural framework (the plantation) with the consumer’s table, containing pro-cesses like manufacturing, packaging, allocation, as well storage (Chen et al., 2020).

Government COVID-19 interventions have preferred increasing food markets, processing facilities and storage. Stimulus packages target to assist commercial farmers and guarantee value chains are workable. Key strategies comprise growing domestic market chains to provide overseas markets throughout airfreight and shipping in order to elevate household revenue.

As events of contagion elevate, governments should take more severe measurements to stop the propagation of the virus, also affecting the universal food framework. The premise of any measurement adopted should be to keep the food and health safety of the people, to the detriment of frugal growth.
